Copenhagen - a global responsibility

At the 15th United Nations climate change conference in Copenhagen (COP15) delegates from around the globe will come together to try to agree a successor to the Kyoto Protocol, which comes to an end in 2012.
The conference is seen as a significant landmark in the attempts to avert a global climate crisis.
AEA’s paper ‘Copenhagen: a global responsibility’ provides a comprehensive and insightful review of the central issues of COP15, together with original analysis on the countries that have been successful in reducing emissions in line with their commitments set under Kyoto, and what this means for reaching agreements at COP15.
